Description
SizeExplorer Report Generator is
a command line tool that let you generate reports from a
live disk exploration or from a saved disk exploration from
SizeExplorer (i.e. a .sef file)
SEReport supports generation of reports into a variety of file
formats like Excel (.xls), Lotus 123 (.wk1), Comma Separated
Value (.csv), XML (.xml), Web page (.htm) or Text file (.txt).
File listing report, folders report, extensions report, date
distribution report and top 100 biggest files are just some
examples of available reports.

Usage Examples
Example1:
sereport /s c /r1
test.xls
This example will scan drive c: and
will generate report 1 in
test.xls with all default options
(Excel, bytes, show all).
Example 2:
sereport /i test.sef /p
c:\hello /r1 test.txt /o1 FK
This example will analyze path
c:\hello from test.sef and will
generate report 1 in test.txt in
fixed column size format
with number in kilobytes.
Example 3:
sereport /s
"\\Server1\My Shared\" /r4 test.xls /c4 1-5-4 /s4 A1
/e "scan1.sef"
This example will scan network shared
"My Shared" from Server1
and will generate report 4 in
test.xls with default options.
Columns 1, 5 and 4 will be displayed
and data will be sorted
by column 1 in ascending order.
Exploration will also be saved in scan1.sef
Example 4:
File report.txt contains:
/i diskc.sef
/p "C:\Program Files\"
/r2 test2.csv /o2 C /c2 1-3-13-4-5 /s2 D14
/r5 test5.xls /c5 1-6-7
Running:
sereport /f
report.txt
will analyze folder "C:\Program
Files\" from file diskc.sef.
Report 2 will be generated in Comma
Separated Value format into file test2.csv
with columns 1, 3, 13, 4 and 5 and
will be sorted by column 14 in descending order.
It will also generate Report 5 into
file test5.xls with columns 1, 6 and 7.
